The Blue Company project is an initiative of volunteer corporations and institutions who have the public interest at heart with the objective of encouraging companies to fight corruption in all its forms.
Corruption is a scourge that affects the allocation of resources in our country resulting in increased cost of doing business, stunted development, widening income disparities and inefficient service delivery.
The private sector has recently sponsored the proposed Bribery Bill in parliament whose objectives include extension of the fight against corruption and provision of specific requirements for private entities to adopt bribery prevention procedures. The private sector must do its part to help the Government and Civil Society in fighting this vice.
